Former Pakistani captain Ramiz King has been chosen as the new Chairman of the Pakistani Cricket Board (PCB) for a ten-year term after winning the election that was not prone in the country, the country’s cricket was announced on Monday.
The king, who played more than 250 international matches for Pakistan from 1984 to 1997, replacing Ehsan Mani who came down from his role last month.
After his retirement, the king became a cricket commentator.
The 59-year-old player served as PCB chief executive of 2003 to 2004.
“One of my main focuses is to help introduce the Pakistani cricket team, culture, mindset, and the same approach that has ever made Pakistan one of the most feared crickets playing Nation, “King said in a PCB statement.
“Obviously, as a former Cricketer, my other priority is to see the welfare of the past and now.” This game has and will always be about translators and, thus, they deserve more recognition and respect from their parents.
