Lucknow: Former Head of the Minister of Uttar Pradesh Kalyan Singh surrendered to a prolonged illness in Sanjay Gandhi Postgraduate Institute of Medical Sciences (SGPGI) in Lucknow around 9:30 a.m.
on Saturday night.
He was 89 years old.
