NEW DELHI: The Railways has given over 19,408 tonnes of liquid chemical oxygen more than 1,162 tankers into 39 cities in 15 countries during the previous month minus the next wave of this Covid-19 disease, the federal transporter mentioned on Friday.
Thus far, 289 Oxygen Express trains have finished their travel while still 11 more are in their way carrying over 865 tonnes of their life threatening petrol at 50 tankers.
Oxygen Express trains began their own deliveries April 24 using Maharashtra getting a heap of 126 tonnes.
One of the southern countries, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka and also Telangana have obtained over 1,000 tonnes of liquid chemical oxygen every day.
These trains achieved to 15 countries — specifically Uttarakhand, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Andhra Pradesh, Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu, Haryana, Telangana, Punjab, Kerala, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Jharkhand and Assam.
Until today, 614 tonnes of oxygen was offloaded at Maharashtra, almost 3,731 tonnes at Uttar Pradesh, 656 tonnes at Madhya Pradesh, respectively 5,185 tonnes at Delhi, 1,967 tonnes at Haryana, 98 tonnes at Rajasthan, 1,773 tonnes at Karnataka, 320 tonnes at Uttarakhand, 1,554 tonnes at Tamil Nadu, 1,268 tonnes at Andhra Pradesh, 225 tonnes at Punjab, 380 tonnes at Kerala, 1,432 tonnes at Telangana, 38 tonnes at Jharkhand and 160 tonnes at Assam.
The Railways has mapped distinct paths with oxygen distribution places and retains itself prepared with any emerging demand of those countries.
States supply tankers into the Railways for attracting liquid medical oxygen, even that the federal transporter stated in a discharge.
Crisscrossing the country, the Railways is selecting oxygen in Hapa, Baroda and Mundra from the West and Rourkela, Durgapur, Tatanagar, Angul from the east and bringing Uttarakhand, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Andhra Pradesh, Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu, Haryana, Telangana, Punjab, Kerala, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh and Assam in complicated operational path planning situations.
