CHANDIGARH: Farmers in Punjab and Haryana set up black flags atop their homes, burnt effigies of their central authorities and held protests on Wednesday, linking a’black day’ call provided by farmer marriages to indicate six months of the Travels in Delhi boundaries against the Centre’s three controversial farm legislation.
