Noida: The Allahabad High Court, in order on August 6, has lived a Fonrwa decision (Federation of the Welfare Association of the Noida residents) to end the rights of the founding members to choose and fight for the election of the body of Rwa.
At the petition submitted against the decision by six founding members – PS Jain, Arun Kalra, Satish Khanna, Sushil Aggarwal, Girja Singh and Aruna Aruna – from the body of Umbrella Rwa, the court decided that the decision could not be justified.
Jain said, “The Annual General Meeting (GMS) of the Fonrwa held on November 11, 2020, has ended its members’ rights to choose and oppose the election for the body of Rwa.
We have sent a letter of objection to the decision for the Deputy Registrar of Chits, funds, and the community, Meerut.
However, the Deputy Registrar gave his order, dated February 23, 2021, confirming the decision of Fonrwa and the founding members could not take part in the election that had just been held.
“Furthermore, the founding member appealed the decision in the Allahabad High Court, which gave his order at 6 August by placing an inap to the order of representatives of Regiseke Meerut.
When contacted, KK Jain, Secretary General of Fonrwa, told TI that they had not received a court order and would take legal courses.
