Gorakhpur: Police Gorakhpur, on Tuesday, arrested four people accused of killing the secretary of the Panchayat Anish Choudhary Choudhary alias door.
The 30-year-old Pancayat Secretary was killed in Gopalpur Tiraha in the Gorakhpur area on Saturday.
The police, in complaints by his family, registered a murder case, attempts to kill, threats, conspiracies and SC / ST acted against 17 people, police said.
In the extensive daylight on Saturday, several masked attackers killed Avnish Choudhary with sharp-eyed weapons.
In the complaint of his brother and the former Head of Anil Kumar Village, police registered a case against 17 people and launched the defendant’s search.
The Choudhary family told the police that his father-in-law opposed his marriage because of the difference in caste and killed him, police said.
The accusations arrested were identified as Mishra’s manikant, a resident of Gaga, Vivek Tiwari, Abhishek Tiwari and Sunni Singh from Dubouli under the Gola region.
They were arrested from the Deidiha Gola area and presented in front of the court and sent to the district prison.
On Tuesday the police managed to arrest four accused and immediately the defendant would also be arrested, ASP South, Arun Kumar Singh said.
