Agra: The case of suicide reduction has been registered against four people on Wednesday after a 38-year pharmaceutical wholesaler, Ravi Kant Gupta, allegedly killed himself in Agra.
According to the suicide note that was said, he left behind, several entrepreneurs owed him Lakh Rupee but did not pay it back.
The police must stop the cremation on Tuesday and remove his half-burned body from Pyre after receiving information about his “mysterious death”.
The body is immediately sent for postmortem.
However, the report did not reveal the exact cause of him died.
However, initial investigations indicate that Gupta has consumed several toxic substances and viscera has been preserved for further study.
The police said that Gupta Chanchal Gupta’s wife had cancer and she needed money for her maintenance and was mentally depressed after she failed to get it.
He has shifted to Agra from Rajkot since the Pandemic Covid-19 and has lived in a rented apartment with his family.
His wife told the police that he left on Monday and did not return until 7pm.
So, he called him.
The phone was answered by several people who passed him that he lay fainted in Balkeshwar Ghat.
He got there and took him to the hospital where he was declared dead.
Station House Officer Police Station Kamlanagar, Narendra Sharma, said that acting based on information received by the control room, the police stopped their cremation and sent her body to postmortem.
A FIR has registered with four people identified by family members under the 306 IPC section.
