Bharuch / Letter: Four Directors of Mills Paper Will Based Ankleshwar Pvt Ltd was ordered for tax avoidance with a tone of RS 33.4 Crore between 2008 and 2014.
Bharat Radadiya, State Tax Officer stated in his complaint with police Ankleshwar Gidc stated that the paper factory would not pay VAT And CST applies to their sales since 2008.
He added that the defendant with evil intentions committed fraud which resulted in state financial losses.

The police registered a case against four directors: Chiman Karasan Patel, Jaikishan Thakor Patel, Ketan Chiman Patel, and MD Soheb Ismail Shaikh.
