Ludhiana: Four people lost their lives to Covid-19 and 492 tested positively here on Tuesday, a 69-year-old man from Manuke Village and a 69-year-old man from Shimlapuri.
According to the Ministry of Health officials, the number of district cases is 1,05,572 and Tall Tally is 2,189.
So far, 96,812 patients (91.70%) have recovered.
The health team collected 3,904 samples that day.
There are 6,571 active cases.
From them, 6,327 in house isolation, 13 was treated at a government hospital and 231 to private facilities.
The district government hospital has 390 beds for isolation, which 13 is occupied, and 2,173 in private hospitals, 374 occupied.
At present, 14 patients are in the ventilator.
