Four died of alleged food poisoning in 2 separate cases in Kaushambi and Prayagraj

Prayagraj: At least four people, including three family members based in Kaushambi and a 40-year-old man from Holagarh in the Prayagraj district, died in two separate cases of food poisoning in Kaushambi and Prasagraj Regency, in 24 years, in 24 hours.

In the second case of the alleged food poisoning reported from the Prayagraj District, a 40-year-old man identified as Sajjan Kumar, a resident of Bhagwatipur Khurhana Village, died on Tuesday morning while four other family members were undergoing treatment in two separate private hospitals in Trans pocket -Ganga.
Police said that all five family members complained about food poisoning about one week back and received for care to a private hospital under the jurisdiction of the Prasagarah District Police Station.
Food samples are sent for laboratory tests.
