Four Indians were killed when the vehicle hit a pool in South Nepal

Kathmandu: Four Indians have been killed after their traveling vehicle crashed into a pool in the South Nepalese Nepalese district near the border with India, police said on Sunday.
The driver and other vehicle residents were suspected of being under the influence of alcohol.
The deceased was all native residents of Bihar, identified as Dinanath Sah (25), Arun Sah (30), Dilip Mahato (28) and Amit Mahanato (27).
The driver loses control over the car, which bears the plate of Indian number, in the Gaur-Chandrapur road in Jhunkhunwa Village, swelling into a pond on Saturday night, officials said.
Security personnel tried to rescue efforts, destroying the windshield of the drowning car but the victims were said to die at the nearest hospital.
The deceased was identified based on the identity card found on them.
Police Rautahat contacted the Indian police and sent the photos of the deceased to contact their family.
Kin from the deceased arrived in the name on Sunday morning and confirmed his identity.
The police said the victims returned home after celebrating the Puja Chhath in their brother’s house at Dewani Gonahi in this district.
Family members have advised them against driving at night and waited until the next morning.
The vehicle has been appointed from the pool using a crane, further investigation is underway, police said.
