Patna: The central government on Thursday told the appointment of four lawyers as the Patna High Court Judge.
They are sandeep kumar, Purnendu Singh, Satyavrat Verma and Rajesh Kumar Verma.
Rajesh was a general lawyer assistant for the central government in the Patna High Court.
He is the youngest among the fourth to become a judge.
Everything is a lawyer in the Patna High Court.
Their names were recommended for the height by the Patna High Court Collegium and then by the Supreme Court Collegium.
Collegium SC has recommended their name for a height on September 23.
The names of Khatim Raza and Dr.
Anshuman Pandey from Patna High Court Bar are also recommended by Collegium SC with a four break, but the central government has not yet told the appointment of their meeting.
The oath taking ceremony of the four newly appointed judges is expected to take place immediately after the High Court reopened after the Dussehra holiday.
The appointment of the four judges will take effect from the date they consider the accusations of each office, according to the notice.
On October 7, Justice Nawneet Kumar Pandey and Justice Sunil Kumar Panwar took an oath as a Patna High Court Judge.
In addition to this promise, justice Sanjeev Prakash Sharma from the High Court of Rajashthan, justice Pavan Kumar Bhimappa Bajanthri from the Karnataka High Court and Justice of Rajan Gupta from the Punjab High Court and Haryana have been transferred to the Patna High Court.
Their transfer notice was issued on October 11.
Judge Sharma will carry the cost of January 1, 2022.
Justice Ananta Manohar Badar from the Kerala High Court has also been transferred to Patna High Court.
With Judge Pandey and Panwar, Patna High Court has 19 judges on the strength of sanctions 53.
Eight promises and overall fresh transfers will take a count of work judges at Patna High Courges to 27.
