Jammu: Four people from Pakistan occupied Kashmir (Pok), including two teenagers and one small one had been detained by Indian soldiers as they slipped to this side along the control line (LOC) in the Poonch area of ​​the Union region.
Police sources said, “Four infiltrators were reported in the age group 24, 18, 14 and 9 years were intercepted when they slipped in from Loc in the Poonch sector.” According to information, initially two POJK citizens who infiltrate India from near the control line in Poonch were detained.
“Later the army personnel posted along the LOC watched the movement along the Loc and found two more tries to infiltrate the Indian region.” The source said it as soon as they infiltrated the Indian side, they were also detained by the army.
“The Dawang has shifted to the nearest army camp,” added the source.
Further sources say, “The initial probe showed that they all entered the LOC accidentally but the investigation and legal formality into this problem occurred.” Meanwhile a police officer in anonymously confirmed that some Pojk citizens had been detailed by the Army but had not been submitted to the police.
