Rajkot: Four people from a family were ordered for alleged firing shots in a house in an effort to intimidate a man in Vinchhiya Taluka Village in Rajkot Village.
Chhagan Valani named Jayesh Sonara, his brothers and sisters Manglu, Haresh and Manglu Bhagirath’s son in his complaint nested in the Vinchhiya police station.
Valani provides five Bigha land parcels near the defendant’s agriculture, who objected to this and demanded money from him.
Jayraj told Valani that his family would buy the land.
On Sunday afternoon, when Valani and his wife will go home for lunch, Jayraj and others for them and also slap the former.
At night, the defendant went to Valani’s house, climbed the wall and fired two rounds in the air and as many as many shots at home.
The defendant also attacked Valani with sickles, said Sub-Inspector R K Chavda.
The attackers were ordered under the relevant parts of the IPC including murder efforts, riots and under the ARM acted.
Meanwhile, Jayraj also filed a complaint against Valani and the others, accused them of attacking him.
He was hospitalized in Rajkot.
