Kanpur: Four pharmacists were found guilty in the SCAM remdom at Lala Lava Hospital (LLR), where injections were allegedly released in the name of the patient’s death Covid-19.
The committee led by the Chief Development Officer (CDO) has sent a report to the District Judge (DM) Alok Tiwari.
“Probe reports have been accepted and four pharmacists are found guilty.
The action will be taken immediately against them,” said DM.
Meanwhile, doctors have been given clean chit in this matter.
Other employees have also been released.
These injections were removed from the store on behalf of the two patients who had died because of Coronavirus.
During the second wave of Covid-19 pandemic, there was a remedious injection crisis on the market.
People are ready to spend RS 50,000 to Rs 55,000 to get injection.
Taking advantage of this, black marketers began selling injections at the premium level.
The police then arrested four people including two LLR hospital nursing staff to sell injections.
A few days later, it was revealed that the injection of remedies was issued on the names of two Covid -19 patients who were hospitalized, and who were dead.
“The injections are also proven to be given to patients,” said the source in LLR.
This problem was brought to knowledge about the main principle of GSVM Medical College Prof.
RB Kamal under his jurisdiction of the hospital arrived.
On the basis of the request committee report, he suspended the responsible sister and the central pharmacist neuroscience Covid-19 in the hospital and issued a notification notice to eight nurses staff.
At the same time, DM also ordered an investigation.
The three member investigation team was formed under the supervision of CDO Mahendra Kumar, where ADM (City) Atul Kumar and CMO were also included.
The committee has recommended action in this report considering the four guilty pharmacists.
