Ahmedabad: a professional who works for a private company filed a complaint against four men, accusing them sexually harassed it and threatened it, in an effort to suppress her husband into a compromise related to the alleged attack on it.
The police submitted a branker under the Indian Criminal Code section 354 (a) (sexual harassment), 294 (b) (obscene words) and 506 (1) (criminal intimidation) and 114 (reduction) with four men.
The 24-year-old woman, a resident of Meghaninagar, stated that on Sunday night she returned from her father’s residence when the four men intercepted him.
They allegedly demanded sexual assistance and then told him to complete the compromise in the case submitted by her husband.
Four allegedly harassed and threatened him, saying that after her husband would be a turn to be stabbed.
He alleged that they said that nothing would happen to them even if he filed a complaint.
He stated that he escaped from the place and told his in-laws, who told him to file a complaint against four with Meghaninagar police.
He registered a complaint against four on Monday.
The complainant stated that on October 24, 2021, four fought with my father-in-law, husband and brother-in-law and after that they attacked her husband with a knife.
He has filed a complaint against four men.
