Four tie man to cot, loot ₹ 11l from home

Rajkot: Four robbers looted RS 11 lakh’s cash from the farmhouse in a village of the bottle district after tying it with the couch and filling his mouth with a piece of cloth so he did not increase the alarm.
The incident occurred in Chiroda Village at Gadhada Taluka.
The robbers entered the house of Farmer Raghu Patel on Saturday.
Patel lived in a three-room house and his two sons lived in a letter.
Patel alone when his wife also went to a letter to visit their sons, police said.
When Patel woke up around midnight to answer nature calls, he noticed that two rooms, he had assured before going to bed, open.
Without turning on the lights, he tried to enter one of the rooms when one of the robbers grabbed his neck and held it at the knife point.
Fourth then dragged Patel to another room, put the cloth into his mouth and tied it above.
After looting booty and one idol, which they consider made of gold, they left home.
However, before leaving, they just released Patel’s foot but not his hand.
Police Sub-Inspector Gadhada RB Karmatiya said they had launched a robber hunting and suspected that they were aware of Patel alone at home.
Patel has received cash from the sale of cotton that he cultivates.
