COLVA: Police on Tuesday to catch Antonio Rebelo, 60, son Akash, 21, Clinton Fernandes, 30, and Mark Afonso, all of Carmona’s wrong and voluntary restraints that cause hurt to the assistant parish priest Denrish D’Costa is attached to our women of the Church Surcor, Carmona.
In their complaint, FR Denrish stated that the four accused who are active members of the parish, came to the church about 10 am and with the general intention of wrongfully detained him to enter the house Parachol and pushed.
Sources said that the parish priest raised the alarm at night which turned into a law and order situation with the village people gathered and demanded that the accused be arrested and brought to the church.
Colva police rushed to the church and tried to spread the situation by calming the villagers not to take law into their hands.
Sources said that the incident was over a few minor issues that were accused released on bail after the arrest formalities completed.
