Rajkot: Four people were ordered by the Division Police Station Rajkot B for winning a plot owned by a builder in Morbi Road.
Allegations have faked documents to claim land parcel ownership.
Police ordered Vinod Toliya, Hitesh Toliya, Samat Sindhav and Sindhav Negji after complaints submitted by Pravin Gadhiya.
Gadhiya, in partnership with the other two, has several plots on Jalan Morbi worth Rs 3.11 Crore.
The defendant violated two plots.
They built a house in the plot and gave them rent.
When the complainant approached the defendant they showed him a fake property document.
Gadhiya submitted an application with a collector who accused that the defendant had reached for his land, after the primary investigation, the police ordered the four defendants.
