Lucknow: suspended twice and captured as much as possible at different costs, rising pediatricians Dr.
Kafel Khan was dismissed from government services at the end of Wednesday in the case of the shortage of the 2017 oxygen involving 63 infant mortality in college and MDR Gorakhpur Hospital.
“He (Dr.
Kafel) has been dismissed after the probe found him guilty of the weakness that led to the death of children in the hospital.
Because this problem is sub too, detailed information about his dismissal will be given to the court,” said the main secretary of Medical Education Alok Kumar.
Responding to moving to social media, Khan said he would challenge the command in court as soon as he accepted it.
“Sixty-three children died because the government did not pay Rs 68 lakh to the oxygen provider company.
Eight people were suspended in this matter, seven of them had been restored.
I got clean chit from the questions made by different officials – from DM to the main secretary.
..
Even HC holds that there is no single evidence against me to establish negligence or corruption.
However, I have been stopped.
“Khan has been suspended over the crib death along with seven others on 22 August 2017.
He was later jailed for nine months on charges of medical negligence , corruption and derelication of tasks.
While under suspension, Khan was attached to the office of the Director General of Medical Education, but the problem continued to follow it.
On July 31, 2019, the government suspended the pediatrician again for allegedly treating patients in a hospital in the Bahraich district of the previous year.
The doctor, who then moved HC Allahabad to his first suspension, challenged this command too, on the grounds that because he was under suspension in the BRD case, there was no point in issuing the same order.
HC still gets the government’s order to suspend Khan for the second time this September.
The investigation committee has sent Khan on charges of medical negligence which leads to the death of the 2017 box.
Although the main charge was dismissed, the probe report held Khan guilty of private practices until August 2016.
The Disiplinia panel partly received the findings, but opposed the investigation report in connection with two charges against Khan.
On February 24 last year, the panel asked for a further investigation into this case.
Khan challenges this order too, in the High Court.
In the order on July 29 this year, the court said, “The delay in taking further action from the authorities of the discipline was not explained.
The respondents were also obliged to justify the continuation of the sequence sequence of continuing for more than four years.” On August 6, on August 6, The state government submitted in court that it attracted additional investigation against Khan.
Additional Advocates General Manish Goyal also said “All efforts will be made to conclude the process of discipline against Kafel Khan for a period of three months”.
The Department of Medical Education issued the right termination order after completion of a three-month period.
