Kolkata: The CBI submitted a fourth Chargesheet in the ongoing probe into cases of violence after the poll in West Bengal, said the source on Saturday.
Chargesheet was filed at the Krishnanagar court in Nadia Regency in connection with the murder of a BJP worker suspected of being a member of Trinamool Congress, they said.
Chargesheet contains the names of both accused allegedly involved in the killing of BJP workers after the assembly selection results announced on May 2, they added.
The Calcutta High Court last month directed the CBI to investigate cases of violence after the poll.
So far, the CBI has submitted 34 fires in connection with the murder and other cruel crimes carried out after the election results were announced.
The agency has proposed three Chargesheets in a different court in connection with the incident that occurred in Bhatpara in 24 North Parganas, and Nalhati and Comburshat in Birbhum Regency.
