Kochi: Two former police officers who have been crowned as accused of being first and second in the framework of the ISRO spy case has approached the Kerala High Court seeking anticipatory guarantee.
The pre-arrest bails have been searched by the First Defendant S Vijayan, also referred to as ‘Smart’ Vijayan, and the second was accused of Thampi S Durgadutt.
They were named as accused of cases registered by the CBI on the direction issued by the Supreme Court.
Allegedly that FIR in the case of a spy was registered at the Vanchipoor police station on the basis of the report submitted by Vijayan, which is the inspector with a special police branch wing.

There were no advantages committed by them and the defendant had no complaints when they were produced before the judge, said the petition.
