Mumbai: A week after the death of tribal rights activists and Imam Jesuit Stan Swamy, Shiv politician Sena Sanjay Raut on Sunday alleged that Octogenarian was killed in prison.
Raut said the center was afraid of having fun.
He said Swamy’s death in detention could not be justified.
He compared the MOD government with Hitler and Mussolini.
Raut, Chief Spokesman for Shiv Sena and the Executive Editor of the Samna Circtering Party, targets the Modi Government in its weekly column ‘Rokthock’ but does not clarify in the column that kills Swamy.
“The Elgar Parishad is clearly a toxic event.
No one can support venomous speeches and slogans.
But whatever happens after that must be called a conspiracy to raise freedom of expression,” said Raut.
He asked whether making the tribal community the rights and freedom of their freedom was an effort and conspiracy to bring down the government.
The 84-year-old Swamy died in a hospital in the city last week.
According to Nia, Swamy is actively involved with CPI (Maois).
Nia said CPI propaganda material (Maois) and documents relating to communication to advance the group program was confiscated from its ownership.
Swamy said that the material was planted on his computer and he was accused incorrectly.
Raut said Sena Shiv had a difference with various streams of communism.
“Maoism, Naxalism is very bad, but they have their political parties, organizations in power and systems anywhere in the world.
Even though we accept that these people are worse than Kashmir separatists, Swamy’s murder or death in prison cannot be justified,” Rau said.
The Elgar case was submitted by Pune Polys in 2018 and was submitted by the Center of the National Investigation Agency (NIA) in January 2020 during the MVA administration.
CM Uddhav Thackeray has criticized the decision while ACS (home) said the state did not object to the investigation transferred to Nia.
Parishad Elgar was held on December 31, 2017 in Shaniwarwada in Pune.
