CHENNAI: Real estate developer Casagrand announced on Tuesday a slew of measures for its employees including free vaccination cover for all its employees and their dependents in Chennai, Bengaluru and Coimbatore.
Construction workers at all its sites will also be covered.
In addition to extending the vaccination cover to the dependent family members, the company announced that it will take complete care of the employee’s family in case of any unfortunate event.
The company said it would take care of the employee’s children and their educational expenses up to their graduation in India.
It has also promised to offer all the requisite assistance to the family in terms of job and monetary needs.
Casagrand has also renewed its health insurance policy, is providing medical help to staff and partnered with health institutes such SRM Institutes for Medical Science and others across cities for safe inoculation.
“Employees and labourers are our core strength, so I believe it is our fundamental responsibility to support them during this difficult time in every possible way and getting all of them and their loved ones (immediate family member of our employees) vaccinated is a significant step.
We have already started the process and we are hopeful that within two months all of our employees and labourers will be vaccinated,” Arun Mn, founder and MD, Casagrand, said.
