Pune: Pune Police on Saturday submitted a third criminal case against Kiran Gosavi, witness NCB in a cruise drug case, and two of his colleagues after a man (48) filed a complaint accusing the trio to deceive him and the other two from Rs 1.4.

November had registered the first case of Rs 3 lakh cheating from the same nature in 2018.
This was after Pune police claimed to have arrested Gosavi in the early hours of October 28 of the lodge in Katraj, after more than three years avoided his arrest.
The police swung in action after Selfie Gosavi with Aryan Khan during bust cruise drugs became viral on social media.
On October 29, the Canton police recorded the second case against Gosavi after three men accused him and the aide of women to deceive them from Rs 4 Lakh.
