Chennai: The NBFC reached the pre-covid level in the disbursement of new loans in the second quarter of TA22, after posting warm growth in the April-June quarter due to the second covid wave.
HDFC said the July disbursement was the highest in the non-quarter month.
“Growth of home loans comes from affordable housing segments and upper class traits,” said MD Renu Sud Karnad.

The work-of-house concept also triggers the need and creates a request for a larger room as a subset,” said Y Viswanatha Gowd, MD and CEO of housing finance.
Shriram finance housing channeled a fresher home loan to touch RS 650-700 Crore Mark in July-September, 2021 from Rs 220 Crore in April-June.
MD & CEO Ravi Subramanian said, “We have reached the level of pre-covid loan disbursement.” In August, M & M Finance recorded a growth of 57% YoY in disbursement at Rs 2,150 Crore.
Indiabull housing finance said new loan distribution had taken steps from July, registering month growth to the moon.
