Chandigarh: To provide all services in one application, Minister Haryana Manohar Lal Khattar on Wednesday launched Portal Jan Sahayak-Apka Sahayak and an integrated mobile application.
It is targeted to change the service of e-governance to M-Governance, this application is a cellular platform that ensures the shipping of the government ‘anywhearytime-anyone’ to citizens (G2C) and business to citizen services through one access point.
Overcoming a press conference here, the minister’s chairman said as a social distance has become a new norm, every state-wing of the state has made a mandate to digitally provide a variety of citizen services.
“We have taken various e-governance initiatives to ensure timely.
Delivery of citizen services but in this smartphone era, a necessity is felt to send this service to each individual at the door of their door by establishing a cellular service delivery gateway,” Khattar said.
He said the state government had provided 551 services and government schemes of 42 departments to the state community through the Saral portal.
“Last year the ambitious program, ‘Mera Parivar-Meri Pehchan’, began.
Below this plan, a unique Patra Parivar Patra card was made so that every family who qualified benefited from all services and schemes,” he added.
The minister’s chairman said ‘Jan Sahayak-Aafka Sahayak’ will be a single digital platform that has the necessary information about various government services, emergency assistance channels and other information.
He said through this application anyone can use all emergency services (direct calls), including 112 emergency calls, 100 police, 108 ambulances, 101 fires, 104 health, 1091 women’s helpline, children’s help channel, and 1075 covid-19 , In addition, other governments for citizen services (G2C), namely Saral services, Wise department services, Wise users, public complaints and RTI are also available on this mobile platform, CM said.
He said information about other services, including tenders, bill payments, travel, work, sports infrastructure, skills development can also be easily obtained through this application.
Through this cellular platform, residents can also provide their advice on services provided by the government, which will be included by the department concerned to ensure the best service provision.
The minister’s chairman said this cellular platform was set to receive input in Hindi and English for user convenience.
Through this, all types of government towards citizen services (G2C) will be available on the Android and Apple platforms.
He said through this mobile application, anyone can get detailed and authentic information about various services such as new job information, tenders and upcoming events, bill payments, press releases, calendars and telephone directories Haryana.
After downloading the ‘Jan Sahayak-aapka Sahayak’ application, residents can register themselves on the application after verifying registered cellphone numbers and Parivar Pehchan Patra IDS.
