However, the name of Goyal as the main choice began to take a round on Tuesday when he was seen meeting some Bigwigs in the government.
Goyal is currently posted as an ADG, the power of border security.
Nasir Kamal posted the Director, National Institute of Criminology and Forensic Science, New Delhi.
