Vadodara: In the upheaval between himself and Gujarat Bar Board (BCG), Baroda Bar Association (BBA) added more fuel to fire when his president, Hasmukh Bhatt, fired a letter to the BCG chairman who told him about the adoption of the new constitution along with a copy of the version Changed.
The letter, according to Bhatt, is for the information and records of BCG that the new constitution will come into force since September 16.
The BCG Chair has remained an extraordinary public meeting called last week to discuss and adopt a new constitution.
However, the BBA advanced and adopted a constitution in a meeting that turned into a storm business and several members walked out if it was to protest a new constitution.
Apart from the commotion, the Bar Association has stated that they have adopted a new constitution.
The meeting has remained as a member of Harshad Parmar has appealed to the BCG that the office carrier serves the long term without the election because of the pandemic and they cannot make any policy decisions during this term of office.
The Bar Board has lived a meeting and asked BBA to respond in October 3.
The association did not pay attention to the order and continued the meeting because it stated that BCG could not have jurisdiction because the BBA was independent and autonomous.
