Fuel Prices Hit Hitting Industry Hard: Bizmen

Ludhiana: City Industrialists against the central government over a rise in gasoline and diesel interest rates.
According to employers, the increase in daily fuel rates hit the industry hard.
In a meeting on Tuesday, the Federation of Industrial and Commercial Organizations (FICO) offices and members urged the Center to take steps to control price increases and reaffirm their old demand to bring fuel under the GST regime so they could.
At least tax claims paid at high-value purchases.
Chairman of KK Seth, “in just six months, gasoline and diesel rates have been fired around Rs 15 per liter in the city.
In April, the gas level here is around Rs 92 per liter, which is currently Rs 107.50 per liter.
The diesel price at that time was Rs 83 per liter and now has risen up to Rs 97.30 per liter.
This is a worrying situation for the industry, because our business and personal costs have been hit by a big hit because of the unrelenting increase.
“President Fico Gurmet Singh Kular said, “The price of fuel increases at the record speed and the worst patient is a businessman because there are large requirements of gasoline and diesel in several industrial processes, such as carrying out power, machinery, and commercial vehicles.
Even one increase in the cost of fuel costs us and there has been an increase of rs 15 to rs 20 in six months! The government is silent about this problem, letting the oil company run free.
“Secretary General Association, Rajeev Jain said, “If the government cannot reduce prices or fix it for a certain period of time, then at least it should bring gasoline and diesel under the GST regime so that we can claim taxes paid on their purchases.
