Sanjay Dutt and Arshad Warsi starrer ‘Munna Bhai MBBS’ of 2003 remains evergreen in the hearts of the Bollywood buff.
The hit storyline revolves around Sanjay Dutt in the lead as Munna, a warm-hearted gangster who wishes to earn the MBBS degree and become a doctor to fulfil his father’s wish, but, it also the pivotal role of Munna’s friend, Circuit played by Arshad Warsi which gained immense popularity among fans.
While the film ends on a positive note where Sanjay Dutt finally ends up with Gracy Singh aka Dr Suman, did you know Circuit (Arshad Warsi) also had a happy ending where he found love and even had a son?
While many might not be aware of this detail, Circuit in the film gets married to a woman who was actually a nurse from the medical college where Munna was studying at.
Even, the two are seen with a son whom they name Short Circuit.
In the ending of the film, Yatin Karyekar as Anand Banerji can be seen narrating the story of Munna and his gang to some kids.
He reveals that although Munna could not fulfil his desire to become a doctor, he ended up winning his love Dr Suman.
He shares how the two got married and had a happy life with two kids.
He added that Dr Asthana (Boman Irani), on the other hand, takes retirement and started providing care for the needy.
He also ended up mending things with Munna’s father and both became close friends again.
Dr Rustom (Kurush Deboo) was announced as the new college dean replacing Dr Asthana while Anand Banerji finally recovered from paralysis.
