Mumbai: Filmmakers and lawyers Gajanand Khemgamkar who were arrested earlier this month under Pocso because the alleged sexual sexual attacker in Colaba was released with a guarantee of personal bonds Rs 20,000 and conditions.
The Pocso Court said that he would not threaten or influence the victims and witnesses directly or indirectly.
