Hyderabad: Khairatabad Ganesha is popular in the city, will bless this year’s worshipers with Pancamuga Rudra Mukra Muka Ganapathy.
With this speculation on the height of Ganesha Idol, the Khairatabad Committee Ganesh USSAV on Saturday, clarifying that idol will be built between a height of 36 and 40 feet.
Last year, the committee had built a ganesha idol with a height of nine feet, given the police restrictions.
The committee member has released a picture of Ganesha Idol and the theme, where they designed according to the decision taken by Astrologer Siddanti Gowri Patla Vitthal Sharma.
Two idols at a height of 15 feet were also built on both sides of Ganesha Idol.
They include Krishna times and Kala Nageshwari.
Speaking on that occasion, Chairman of the Founder of Khairatabad Ganesh Utsav, Sudershan Mudhiraj said, “About 120 skilled artists will take part in building Ganesha Idol.
Already, placing indentation to get material from Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Maharashtra and Tamilnadu to make Khairatabad Ganesha Idol Popular.
“The works to build idols will begin on Sundays in Pandal, and are targeted to be completed in September the first week, the committee member said.
This year, Ganesh Chaturthi will be celebrated on September 10.
