Gurugram: Gang from Noah is behind the Heist atm at Dhankot, the police said on Monday.
Six men allegedly broken down into private bank ATMs in Dhankot on Saturday and managed to escape with cash of Rs 17 lakh from the engine.
The man accused, which has been identified, is in process.
While the police had been told and the team from the Park Police Station Park Rajendra chased the men when they escaped with cash, they managed to escape by car.
The pursuit was arrested at CCTV footage.
According to the police, one man has borrowed a car from a friend to “personal work” and use it for committing a crime.
Vehicle owners do not realize theft.
With the help of the car registration number captured on CCTV footage, the police tracked vehicle owners, which made them identify the men accused.
Meanwhile, the branch of the Faridabad police crime has arrested Noah-based gang members involved in the ATM robbery case.
The gang is used to cut an ATM open with a gas cutter and run away with a cash tray.
The person arrested has been identified as Iqbal aka Bhura.
The police said that they received a tip-off, followed which they were able to accuse being accused of Hodal Road in Noah.
