Gurgaon: A number of unidentified persons on Wednesday supposedly open fired in the home of a former sarpanch and spirits dealer in Mohammadpur village at Farrukhnagar.
The accused supposedly fired multiple rounds advocate Krishan Kumar Yadav, who had been standing away from the home of Sumer Yadav — Krishan’s brother and the former sarpanch of Mohammadpur village.
Yadav on Wednesday night has been his previous home once he heard gunshots.
My new home is only adjacent to my previous home.
“When they seen methey aimed their guns towards me started shooting.
Somehow I was able to take refuge behind a vehicle and escaped unhurt,” said Yadav adding the accused fired several rounds.
Yadav took refuge behind a vehicle parked in the front of his home and went in the home, although the accused chose to fire.
A minute after Yadav came from his home using a license revolver and fired three rounds from the atmosphere, the accused fled from the place.
Yadav promptly informed the authorities.
Station house officer (SHO) of all Farrukhnagar police channel, inspector Sandeep Ahlawat and his group hurried to the area and recovered three bullet shells in the place.
On the grounds of this criticism, a case has been filed under Section 306 (attempt to murder) of both IPC and segments of Arms action against unidentified men at Farrukhnagar police channel.
According to authorities, the armed guys should have got to have attempted to strike the attorney from old enmity or any dispute.
“We’re attempting to recognize the accused,” explained SHO including what was the cause supporting the assault could be understood only after the arrest of the accused.
