Gang poses as a laborer, steal building building materials in Ghaziabad

Ghaziabad: Four people have been arrested for alleged stealing goods from several construction sites in this district.
The defendant will work on the site as a laborer and escape with valuables.
According to the police, the defendant was identified as Mufiz, a resident of Ghaziabad and Jatin, Vikas and Ikraar, all of them were Delhi’s native.
“Arif, another gang member, escaped at this time.
Apart from this, the police have received information about other people associated with this gang,” said a police officer.
Harendra Pal, Sub-Inspector, Police Station Madhuban Bapudham, said that during the interrogation, the defendant told the police that with the pretext of asking for a job, the gang tried to enter the factories during the day.
“If they will get entries, they will do the first recipe for a few days and tell their partners about it.
Then the defendant was used to enter the factory and construction site after cutting the gate with oxygen cylinders,” added PAL.
Sub-Inspector said the criminals claimed to have done more than 30 incidents.
All defendants were ordered under Section 379 (punishment for theft), 411 (dishonestly accepted the stolen property) and 482 (penalty for using fake property signs) from IPC.
