Agra: The 25-year-old undertrial allegations alleged gang were found depending on stealing on his neck tied to the locked gate from the two-story barracks complex in the Agra district prison on Monday during a routine examination.
While the prison authorities suspected that undistrial, Yogesh Kumar, hanging himself, his family accused him that he was killed.
They claimed there was a sign of injury to his body when they accepted it.
PD Salonia, Agra Regency Prison Supervisor, said that the reason behind suicide suicide was not confirmed Yogesh and two other men, Gauri Rajput and Monu Kumar, were arrested and sent to prison in April 2.
The trio was suspected of being a couple at the Etmadpur Highway.
The three allegedly attacked the couple and robbed their valuables.
They then dragged the woman to the forest area near Jharna Nullah and Gang – raped him in front of her husband.
They also took videos from all incidents.
On April 1, Gauri Rajput and Monu Kumar were arrested.
During the interrogation, they were named Yogesh, Paliwal Gali residents under Itamd-ud-Daulah, as their third hand legs.
He was arrested on April 2.
“The police claimed that the stick used to attack the pair and stolen money was found from Yogesh’s house,” said Jitendra Kumar, the deceased cousin.
“When we received his body, it had several signs of injury.
Some teeth were broken.
Previously, Yogesh complained to be beaten in prison.
This is a clear murder case.
My sister was not proven guilty.
He was innocent,” he said.
