Patna: In Patna, a close situation like panicked win along the Ganga edge on Tuesday, because the river flows 56cm above the danger level in Digha, 1.15 meters above the red mark in Gandhi Ghat, besides 1.06 meters above the danger level in Hathahah , around 110 km from the state capital.
