Ganga water supply in the new year: Gnida Chairperson when meeting

Greater Noida: Noida Authority Besar, at its board meeting on Monday, review the progress of its ambitious scheme to channel Gangajal to the city, a project that is in the final stage.
The board also prohibits real estate developer and sales of plots pembedak given to them in Greater Noida and decided to impose costs on the development of industrial units that were organized before Gnida formed.
Under Gangajal scheme, water will be supplied from above the canal ganga in Haridwar to Gang Nahar in Dehra, from which the pipes are connected to a centralized processing plant in a larger Jaitpur throughout the city.

GNIDA board also gave approval in principle to the industrial units that operate prior to the completion of greater Noida authority to buy additional floor area ratio (far) on the plots remain for a fixed fee.
These companies also have to pay the cost of the development to the authority.
“Since these companies take advantage of infrastructure resources created by Gnida, they must pay the cost of development,” says Bhooshan.

“While about half a dozen fuel stations are expected to offer under the scheme, its location will be based on the surrounding high vehicle movement, so that commuters do not have to drive a long distance to get fuel,” said an official of gnida.

Under the scheme, the plot of 120 square meters will cost Rs 58.99 lakh and a plot of 200 square meters will cost Rs 82.91 lakh.
“We are launching this scheme from the 113 building.
Applicants may apply online from 10 November is the building built.
Allastee can take possession immediately after the allotment is done,” said Bhooshan.
