Letter: After almost 10 days registering a violation of Saju Kothari, who allegedly threatened the local property broker, the gangster was arrested from Nagpur by crime crime on Monday when he came out with a guarantee after his arrest under the control of terrorism and organized Cree Law (Gujctoc).
Kothari was arrested in Mumbai in March after a violation under the Gujcoc law registered against him in February 2021 and he came out with a guarantee of about four months ago.
After the guarantee, Kothari was again involved in various criminal activities and two violations registered against him on threatening accusations.
He was ordered at the Rander Police Station to issue a threat to a man on December 2021 in a property dispute.
Recently, on January 18, he attacked another man in a property dispute and issued a threat where he was ordered at the Athwalines police station.
In both cases, Kothari tried to extort money from the victims even though the police did not order it for extortion.
Now, given the repeated violations, the police tend to approach the court to add additional parts in the original fire.
According to the police, Imtiaz Bachav (44), residents of the Alfesa Tower near Adjan Patia worked as a land broker.
Bachav, who has a dispute with another property broker, called by Kothari to resolve this problem.
When he went to see him, Kothari raised him brutally and also threatened him.
After a recent attack on the property broker, Kothari went underground because the police launched the drive to catch him.
A team of Detection of Crime Branch (DCB) accused the defendant from a hotel in Nagpur and took it back to town for further investigation.
Meanwhile, the police were also approaching the court to cancel the guarantee in the Gujcoc case.
N s Desai, ACP, E Division said, “After fresh violations were registered against Kothari, the police approached the court and asked him to cancel his guarantee in Gujctac’s violation.”
