Religious: ATM drinking water in a remote village in Kanamana Panchayat and the children’s park in elementary school in Aryapalli under the Chhatrapur District Ganjam block was inaugurated by MLA (Chhatrapur) Subash Chandra Behera on Sunday.
This has been regulated by Port Gopalpur as part of corporate social responsibility (CSR).
More than 400 people in the villages of the mixed thirks and adjoining areas will get pure water and hygienic with the installation of high-tech water ATMs there.
“Likewise, Aryapalli school children will now have a place to play and other physical activities with park arrangements,” Mla said, thanking the port authorities.
“Gopalpur port is committed to developing its edge through its CSR initiative,” said an official port.
Among other things, CEOs and Directors of Sandeep Agrawal, Vice President (Human Resources) Ajaya Kumar Mishra, Kanamana Panchayat Sarpanch S.Chakrapani Reddy, Arjeepa Breakfastch S Balaji, among others, was present on that occasion.
