GB Nagar: Giving up the land for the transportation or face action corridor

Greater Noida: The Gautam Government Budh Nagar prepares to start the action against a group of 10 villagers in Chamrawali Bodaki who do not submit their agricultural land for special shipping corridor projects.
On Monday, the final notice was issued for these farmers, which was given time until Wednesday to hand over land action or their faces.
About 2,700 sqmt agriculture has not been submitted and delayed the process of putting the track on the stretch.
The land has been transferred in the name of the Coright Corpidor Corporation of India Limited, a company from the Ministry of Train Union was established to implement the project.
Alok Kumar Gupta, Sub-Division Judge Dadri, said, “We have served a notification of 10 landowners.

We have issued a warning to them on several occasions and will begin legal action after Wednesday.
“For the project, the company needs land in Chithehra, Kathehra, Bodaki, Palla and Pali Dadri.
Officials said 12.6 hectares were needed in the Bodaki, which was only around 0.3 hectares that had not been submitted to the corporation.
The land was needed for the eastern leg of the corridor and located under the Dadri-Khurja section.
The villagers, Gupta said, have been offered compensation at the level of Rs 2,600 per SQMT.
However, they have demanded more.
“That is the number of other farmers.
Those who give more money belong to eternal (housing).
We will withdraw the structure in their farm and take it in our ownership if they do not agree to submit it,” Gupta added.
