BERLIN: Germany has blocked flights controlled by Russian airlines out of coming in its territory at tit-for-tat activity after Moscow neglected to supply authorisations for Lufthansa, the transportation ministry said Wednesday.
Lufthansa flights which were due to leave before Wednesday in Germany had to be cancelled since Russian authorities failed to supply the necessary licenses in time, ” said that the ministry.
“Because of the reciprocal clinic, the Federal Aviation Authority also didn’t issue any additional permits for flights controlled by Russian airlines provided that authorisations are pending over the side,” it further.
