New Delhi: While the second wave of Covid brought health infrastructure under pressure, Indian leadership rose to the government’s challenges and efforts, plus the state, the private sector and civil society, helped deal with the crisis, President of Ram Nath Kovind said on Saturday.
Overcoming the nation at night of independence, Kovind said India had traveled a considerable distance on the 75th trip of the Republic, and the world viewed the wonders of India as the largest and most passionate democracy.
