GHAZIABAD: A Samajwadi Party employee was arrested on Saturday for allegedly instigating an older Muslim man to assert at a movie he was crushed by four youths who chopped his beard and also requested him to chant”Jai Shri Ram” at Loni field of Ghaziabad.
“Ummaid Pehelwan Idrisi, that had been absconding since Wednesday after an FIR was lodged at the Loni Border police stationthat was nabbed by Delhi on Saturday,” that a Ghaziabad police officer said.
“The accused, identified as Ummaid Pehelwan, has been held close to the Lok Nayak Jai Prakash (LNJP) hospital at Delhi with a group of Ghaziabad authorities.
Following his arrest , he’s being brought here for additional proceedings in the situation,” Ghaziabad Senior Superintendent of Police Amit Pathak informed reporters.
The FIR, filed from Idrisi about the criticism of a regional policeman, alleged he had”unnecessarily” created the movie, where Abdul Shamad Saifi narrates his ordeal.
“It had been created with a goal to”make social disharmony” and shared it via his FB accounts,” that the FIR stated.
He had been reserved under IPC sections 153A (encouraging enmity between classes on ground of faith, type etc), 295A (malicious and deliberate acts, designed to outrage religious feelings of any class by insulting its religion or religious belief), 504 (deliberate insult with intent to provoke breach of the peace) and 505 (people mischief).
“A distinct FIR was lodged on Thursday night in Bulandshahr district which charged him around 100 other people with breach of their Covid-19 standards by simply holding a public assembly on June 16,” the officers said.
Bulandshahr resident Saifi, who’d left patriotic allegations in his movie about June 14, had on June seven alleged in a complaint about the Ghaziabad police he was attacked by four youths on June 5 after being abducted by these and restricted in an area at a secluded area in Ghaziabad’s Loni region.
On being inquired regarding Saifi’s communal allegations, Ghaziabad’s SSP Pathak had stated previously that the older Muslim man had left no communal allegations in his first complaint.
The SSP had suspected an individual supporting instigating Saifi to create communal allegations.
Ghaziabad’s SP (Rural) had said the police had arrested the main accused Parvez Gurjar to be behind the attack on Saifi.
Raja had stated Gurjar needed a dispute with Saifi within buying a magic amulet in the Bulanddshahr guy, who practised occultism.
Saifi had marketed Gurjar an amulet asserting it would eliminate him of family issues however Gurjar had started confronting a spate of problems following the purchase of this amulet and guessed that his”misfortunes” were because of the amulet.
