Ghaziabad: Children’s protection from the Sexual Court (Pocso) in Ghaziabad Uttar Pradesh sentenced a man for up to 20 years in prison in the case of rape and also slapped the fine of Rs 30,000.
Jogesh (23), aka Jogan, was convicted of rape a 10-year-old girl, said the Special Public Prosecutor Utkarsh.
According to complaints, the incident has occurred on October 29 last year when the girl’s parents left the house for some work.
The girl and her brother were at home, when the prisoners appeared there.

Vats Utkarsh said that if he did not pay a fine, inmates had to undergo an additional prison of 14 months.
