“Some of them are delayed for 25 years or more.
Many of them are related to government land encroachment and have been expelled, they will risk their claims on the ground,” said a senior official.
The second highest litigation associated with GHMC includes a trade license dispute and the rate of density among these cases has resulted in severe losses to FECEQUER.
The GHMC commissioner, after reviewing cases, ensuring that the counter was submitted in more than 5,000 cases.
Farewell wise data shows that most cases are associated with the city planning department, followed by health & sanitation, engineering, advertising, income and wings of land acquisition.
A large number of insults on court cases were also delayed and GHMC was responsible for delays because they failed to submit a counter for years now.
Officials said that there was a lawyer who debated these cases on behalf of GHMC and paid 15,000 per month and 5,000 per case for a high court lawyer.
When it comes to the Supreme Court case, lawyers charge their own fees.
However, GHMC is now interested in emptying fixed orders in various land acquisition and other property disputes to complete a long-delayed project.
