Hyderabad: Standing Committee 15 – Great member of Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) will have eight canporators from TRS and seven of AIMIM.
The election unanimously in 18 (11 TRS and Seven AIMIM) who had submitted a nomination, three of the TRS withdrew on the last day of the withdrawal of nominations on Monday, only leaving 15 candidates in Medan.
After a nominee withdrawal on Monday, Commissioner GHMC Lokesh Kumar released a final list of 15 nominations and declared 15 selected unanimously on Monday.
There are already elections, scheduled to be held on November 20.
After the 2016 election, this is the second time that TRS will have the maximum amount of Canitia in the GHM fixed committee.
BJP and Congress did not collect candidates in the election of permanent committees.
Of the 150 GHMC wards, TRS has 56, BJP 47, AIMIM 44 and Congress 3.
15 of these members will now be responsible for making a final decision on all policies.
All work proposed by 150 corporators must also be approved by the panel.
