Greater Noida: A 12-year-old boy was arrested and sent to the observation house for allegedly raping his younger sister (16), who was pregnant.
The incident was reported to the police after the girl’s employer knew about his pregnancy and informed children.
The girl might contain two to three months ago.
The minors are among the five siblings living with their parents in rented accommodation.
Their mother worked as a servant in the housing community and their father was a construction worker.
The girl accompanied her mother to the houses where they shared a job.
The police said an employer watched the lump and asked about the girl’s health.
When they investigated deeper, he revealed that his brother had formed sexual relations with him twice about two months ago.
Bisrakh Sho Anita Chauhan told the Ti Girl and the boy was unaware of the consequences of that action.
“When the employer told Childline, the police began investigating this problem and it was revealed that parents did not realize the gravity of the situation,” he said.
A police officer said the girl told her mother, but she did not pay attention to it.
“The family thought the girl had an infection and didn’t realize she was pregnant,” the police said.
Usha Kushwaha Sub-Inspector, who was investigating this case, told Ti Girl was the second among the five siblings and the third boy.
“The girl had studied until the seven when the boy was in the third standard.
At present, because the school is closed, the minor defendant visits the construction site with his father,” he said.
The boy was produced before the Child Welfare Committee on Monday.
He was sent to a teen shelter in Phase II on Tuesday.
Ultrasonography will be carried out to ensure the status of the girl’s pregnancy.
He has also been sent to the shelter.
A pine has been put forward against adolescents under the IPC 376 section (rape) and section 5/6 of the protection of children from sexual violations acting at the Bibrakh police station.
