Chicago: A seven-year-old girl was shot fatally and her six-year-old brother was seriously injured in Chicago when someone fired a shot when a sibling sat in a parked car, police said.
The seven-year-old woman was shot in the chest and chest Sunday afternoon and said killed at the Loyola University Medical Center, police said.
He was identified as Serenity Broughton by the Cook County medical examiner office.
